Zero Tolerance Policy
Satech Security Ltd has a ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy to address any issues of unacceptable behaviour, aggression or violence directed towards our staff members, and/or that attend to damage our company’s name and integrity will be considered as an offence.

Violence, aggression and unacceptable behaviour
Violence and aggression can be interpreted as ‘any incident in which a person is abused, threatened or assaulted.

Physical assault is ‘the intentional application of force from one person to another, without lawful justification, ending in physical injury, personal discomfort, or property damage.’

Verbal aggression or non-physical assault is ‘the use of inappropriate words either in writing or verbally (including emails, social media, and webchat) or any other behaviour which causes distress, trepidation that could be defined as harassment.’ Our Zero Tolerance Policy applies to customers and suppliers to all channels and contact types. 

Public Order Act 1986
According to the UK’s legislation, Public Order Act 1986, section 5, states that ” a person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale”. Our company will bound to the law and follow all the respective measures and procedures to stop unacceptable behaviour from the public.
